I went last wk to buy clinique product…its not available so I agreed with the sales lady of her offer that she will order online and same time she did not give the spring gift bec she said it will added in the mail…. I was at Macys yesterday unaware of bonus time. I think there should of been a substitute if you do not carry enough during bonus time.
I was not offered an alterative. Very disappointed in this. I went back the next day and was told the choice between the tote and the serum as on-line only and I could only have the tote when I wanted the serum. I could not find where that said on-line only. I am disappointed that in the last few years, the bonus gift has been reduced to less items and not as good as previous years.

I love Clinique products since they are unscented and I have allergies to scents. I wish that the mini face soaps were sold without the plastic soap holder dish like the larger soaps are -I must have at least 12 of them. The mini soaps are great hand soaps when traveling since motels only have scented soaps.

Today Sept. However, even though I received it today, it says gift valid September 23 through Monday, September 26 today. How can you send an offer when it expires on the same day you receive it?
